Hěn 很很	Very	Wǒ hěn hăo. Hěn guì a!	I’m very well. Very expensive. (Exp. A! is an expletive.)
Gěi 給給	Give	Tā gěi wǒ sānge.	He gave me three. (Exp. "Ge’" means "pieces.")
Shì bushì 是不是是不是	Yes or not? Right?	"Nǐ shì bushì Měiguórén?" "Wǒ shì." Tā bú shì.	"Are you an American?" "I am." (Lit. You are aren't an American?) He is not. (Lit. He not is.)
